Questions How long does it take to build? We would only need 30-60mins. When do you normally set-up and take down? We typically set-up a day or two before your event and take down a day or so after, but we are flexible and will try our best to fit in around you and your venue. Do you provide someone on site during the event? We don’t, but we are on-call during your event should you have an emergency. We do provide you with a thorough handover once we have finished building so that you know how everything works. We also follow the weather extremely closely in the run-up to an event and would never leave site without being confident it was safe. Do we need to insure the tipis? Yes, our tipis and all the equipment we hire must be insured during the period of hire. You can either take out your own wedding/event insurance for this, with ‘marquee + equipment’ cover, otherwise we will add a 5% Damage Waiver as standard.
